Location: Preston, PR2

Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 depending on age and experience + Commission

The Role

In this dynamic position, you will be the frontline voice of Safe.co.uk. You’ll guide customers through every step of their journey - helping them select the right security products, managing sales orders, and delivering outstanding after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

Consultative Selling: Answer inbound calls, live chats, and emails to guide customers toward the ideal security solutions based on their needs and budget.
Order Processing: Accurately enter and process sales orders, coordinate with delivery/installation teams, and track shipments through our system.
Customer Support: Resolve delivery queries, product questions, or after-sales requests efficiently, professionally, and empathetically.
Value Addition: Suggest relevant accessories, lock upgrades, and specialised installation services to maximise sales opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on security standards and new product lines across our range.

What We’re Looking For

Customer-First Approach: Strong active listening skills, empathy, and a genuine drive to resolve client needs.
Strong Communication: Excellent spoken and written English with a professional, confident telephone manner.
Relevant Experience: 1 year in customer service and sales.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating order management software, CRM systems, and live chat platforms.
Attention to Detail: Precision when recording specifications, order details, and customer addresses.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
