Registered Manager

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £80,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for your next challenge within a well-established care provider?

We are seeking a passionate and commercially minded Registered Manager to lead a large residential care home in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful service with a strong reputation, good occupancy levels, and a positive regulatory history.

As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, team engagement, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide visible and effective leadership to the home and wider management team.
Ensure the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care for all residents.
Maintain and further develop regulatory compliance and quality standards.
Drive occupancy, reputation, and community engagement within the local area.
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
Manage budgets, resources, and overall operational performance.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.

About You

Experienced Registered Manager within elderly residential or nursing care.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care home compliance.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and occupancy.
Passionate about delivering exceptional care and resident outcomes.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
