Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Lettings Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing rental property listings, liaising with prospective tenants, and supporting the lettings process. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with administrative experience who are keen to develop their career within the property sector. The role involves handling various administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and tenants alike.

Responsibilities

Managing and updating property listings using Acquaint CRM or similar property management software
Responding promptly to enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professional phone etiquette
Conducting data entry to ensure all property and tenant information is accurate and up-to-date
Organising viewings and liaising with prospective tenants to facilitate smooth lettings processes
Assisting with tenancy agreements, renewals, and related documentation
Upselling additional services or products where appropriate to maximise lettings opportunities
Maintaining organised records of all correspondence and documentation related to lettings
Providing administrative support to the lettings team as required

Qualifications

Proven experience in office administration or a similar role within the property industry is desirable
Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Professional phone manner and strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
