Franchise Owner / Mobile Handyman (No Initial Franchise Fee)

Expected Earnings: £225+ average daily profit (£50,000+ OTE per annum) – Uncapped

To us, customer service starts the very second a client first reaches out and doesn't end until we've warmly replied to their 5* review. Because of our stellar reputation and proven system, we are expanding and launching our next territory: Reading.

The Opportunity: You Do the Craft, We Handle the Strategy

We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on partner to launch and own the Reading territory.

Normally, a Need it doing? franchise requires at least a £5,000 upfront fee. However, for the right founding partner in Reading, we are completely waiving the upfront franchise fee. You will pay £0 upfront to secure the rights to this high-demand territory, with nothing to pay us for the first two months. From Month 3 onwards, you will simply pay a flat, low monthly fee of just £299.

Here is the deal: You do not need to be a seasoned entrepreneur or business guru. We bring the complete business blueprint, the systems, and the back-end strategy. We provide a comprehensive "business-in-a-box" to guarantee your success from Day 1:

Your Own Website: A fully optimised, professional local website built for you.
A Launch Blueprint: A clear, step-by-step plan for your first 3 weeks designed to get your diary booked out fast.
Ready-to-Use Assets: All official artwork, marketing files, templates, and branding assets.
Ongoing Mentorship: Direct support from the founder to guide you through pricing, customer management, and growth.
Jobs in the Basingstoke area and support in yours: The Basingstoke area is already covered and busy and so support for larger jobs is available nearby. You will also benefit from revenue from jobs already confirmed in the Basingstoke area.

Everything else you earn is yours to keep, and you have complete freedom to scale the business, hire subcontractors, and grow as big as you want.

Who You Are:

You do not need to have run a business before, or even have worked as a professional handyman. We have the business side covered. We just need you to bring the skills, the smile, and the work ethic.

To be absolute magic in this role, you must be:

Incredibly Polite & Friendly: You are a natural people person. You understand that being respectful, warm, and tidy in a customer’s home is just as important as the trade work itself.
Highly Skilled at DIY or a Trade: You are highly practical, versatile, and take immense pride in the quality of your work (from hanging doors and fixing leaks to minor repairs and crisp paintwork lines).
Incredibly Hardworking: You have a fire in your belly to make a success of this. You want the freedom of running your own diary but have the grit to work hard for your profit.

What You Will Need to Bring:

Because there is no upfront fee, you will need to fund your own initial setup essentials. You must have or be ready to invest in:

Your own reliable van/truck and trade-quality tools.
Your own initial local marketing materials and professional uniform (using the artwork and specifications we provide).
Public Liability Insurance.

Earnings & Hours:

Uncapped Potential: Based on our established business model, you should realistically expect to average £225+ profit per day once established.
Flexibility: You choose your own hours and manage your own diary.
