Reservations & Business Support Coordinator

Remote (UK preferred) | 3 days per week | 12-month fixed-term contract

Bunaken Oasis Dive Resort & Spa is an award-winning luxury dive resort in North Sulawesi, Indonesia. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Support & Sales Coordinator to join our small team on a 14-month fixed-term contract.

This is a varied role that combines business support, sales administration, guest communications and invoicing. Working remotely for three days a week, you will provide key support to the resort owners and our accounts team while helping to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests and travel partners.

What you'll be doing

Providing day-to-day administrative support to the resort owners.
Supporting the accounts team with invoicing and payment administration using Xero.
Responding to guest and travel partner enquiries in a warm, professional and timely manner.
Preparing quotations, booking confirmations and invoices.
Following up enquiries and assisting with converting bookings.
Maintaining accurate booking records and customer information.
Building relationships with travel agents and industry partners.
Assisting with general business administration and sales support.
Supporting marketing and promotional activities when required.

What we're looking for

Essential

Previous experience in business support, travel, hospitality or sales administration.
Strong working knowledge of Xero. This is an essential requirement for the role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
A positive, proactive approach and excellent customer service skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office and cloud-based business systems.

Desirable

Some knowledge of scuba diving or the dive travel industry.
Experience within the travel or hospitality sector.
Experience using CRM or reservation systems.
Experience working with international clients and multi-currency invoicing.
