The Company

We are a specialist property company that helps homeowners facing financial difficulty, mortgage pressure, or challenging personal circumstances to sell their homes and move forward with greater security.

Our work is highly personal. Many of our clients are under pressure and need clear guidance, reassurance, and practical support throughout the sales process. We are looking for a capable, empathetic, and commercially minded Property Sales Associate to work alongside our existing team and help progress new leads through to completion.

This is a fully remote role, with quarterly team days in Central London, fully expensed by the company.

The Role

You will work closely with our Client Services Director and the wider team to help manage and progress client leads from initial enquiry through to completion.

This is not a cold-calling role. You will be dealing with qualified leads and existing clients who need support, guidance, and clear communication. The right candidate will be confident speaking with clients, solicitors, lenders, estate agents and internal team members.

The role requires a combination of sales ability, multi-tasking, property knowledge, organisation, empathy, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Calling back qualified leads and handling client enquiries

Building trust and rapport with clients who may be facing difficult circumstances

Taking detailed notes and ensuring accurate information is passed to the relevant team member

Assisting with client onboarding

Sending out engagement letters and related documentation

Supporting the negotiation and deal progression process

Liaising with solicitors to help progress legal matters

Contacting lenders and other third parties for updates

Keeping clients regularly updated throughout the process

Maintaining the CRM on a daily basis

Ensuring all internal notes, updates, and communications are accurate and up to date

Supporting the wider sales and progression team as required

Initially, while you learn the role and our processes, administration will form a significant part of the position. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you will become increasingly involved in progressing leads, negotiating deals, and managing client relationships.

Skills and Experience Required

Essential

Experience working in an estate agency or property sales environment

Good understanding of the property sales life-cycle

Previous sales experience

Basic IT understanding including Microsoft Works, Excel, Google Drive

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong customer care skills and the ability to build trust quickly

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Confident dealing with the general public, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents

Able to multitask and work to deadlines

Comfortable working remotely and independently

Empathetic and good listener

Good telephone manner

Preferred / Beneficial

Experience working remotely

Experience supporting clients in financial difficulty or sensitive personal circumstances

Previous experience using a CRM system

Knowledge of repossession, arrears, assisted sales, or fast-sale property solutions

Please note: We are only looking for candidates who already have property experience and sales experience. Applications without relevant property or sales experience are unlikely to be suitable for this role.

Package

£30,000 per annum basic salary

Performance-related bonus

Commission structure

Realistic earning potential of £60,000+ for excellent performers

Fully remote working
