Overview

Are you passionate about creating welcoming and memorable experiences for guests? We are seeking energetic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the friendly face that greets visitors, ensures smooth service, and maintains a lively, hospitable atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help deliver exceptional customer service, making every guest feel valued and comfortable. Duties

Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the establishment
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery to guests
Assist with some kitchen tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit
Support barista activities by preparing coffee and specialty drinks with attention to quality and presentation
Follow food safety standards diligently to uphold hygiene regulations and ensure safe food handling practices

Qualifications

Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality is highly desirable
Familiarity with catering, serving, and food preparation processes
Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating skill in coffee making and beverage presentation
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
