Responsibilities

Assist experienced window cleaners in performing cleaning tasks on residential and commercial properties
Learn to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, including squeegees, brushes, and extension poles
Support the team in preparing work sites, including setting up scaffolding or access equipment where necessary
Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment at all times
Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment after each job to ensure optimal performance
Observe and learn proper techniques for streak-free window cleaning and surface care

Requirements

Valid driving license or willingness to learn driving as part of the role
Basic proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and clients
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
Excellent communication skills to understand instructions and provide updates
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift equipment safely when needed
Enthusiasm for learning new skills and working as part of a team
No prior experience required; training will be provided to develop your skills
