Experienced Car Sales Executive – High-Earning, Fast-Paced Dealership

Location: Mangoletsi, near Knutsford, Cheshire – WA16 9NS Salary: £35,000–£50,000+ OTE – Uncapped Commission Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Company Car: Provided, subject to insurance criteria

We’re looking for an experienced, ambitious Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and comes to work hungry to perform.

This is not a role for someone looking to simply turn up, take a few enquiries and collect a salary.

We want someone who loves selling, enjoys exceeding targets, wants to earn serious commission and is determined to progress their career.

About Mangoletsi

Mangoletsi is a privately owned franchise dealership based between Knutsford and Holmes Chapel.

We are a high-volume, fast-paced dealership with a clear objective: sell lots of cars, with lots of Value added products, deliver outstanding customer service and give good salespeople the opportunity to earn well.

Our Sales Executives sell both new and used vehicles because we believe this gives our customers the best possible experience and gives our salespeople the greatest opportunity to maximise every enquiry.

We also recognise individual strengths. If you're particularly effective in a certain area, we'll work with you and direct opportunities accordingly.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone with proven sales experience who is ready to step up their performance, earnings and career.

You will:

· Have a strong track record in automotive sales.

· Be used to working in a busy, fast-moving sales environment

· Be highly target-driven and motivated by exceeding expectations

· Be hungry to earn, not satisfied with simply hitting the minimum

· Have the confidence and drive to maximise every sales opportunity

· Be disciplined with enquiries, follow-ups and your sales pipeline

· Be comfortable negotiating, overcoming objections and closing deals

· Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Build strong relationships that generate repeat and referral business

· Sell additional dealership products and services where they add genuine value to the customer

· Take pride in delivering industry-leading customer service

· Be organised, IT-confident and able to manage a high volume of opportunities

· Understand your own strengths and weaknesses and be willing to develop

· Bring energy, professionalism and a strong work ethic every day

Working Hours

Monday–Friday: 8:30am–6:00pm Saturday: 9:00am–5:00pm Sunday: 11:00am–5:00pm

The rota includes every other weekend off, with an additional weekday off during the alternate week.

We prefer our sales team to live within approximately 45 minutes' drive of the dealership (WA16 9NS). With the hours involved in automotive retail, we believe keeping the commute sensible is important for maintaining a good work-life balance.
