About the Role

We are looking for caring and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team on day and night shifts.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live comfortably, safely and as independently as possible. Working under the guidance of our Senior Carers and Nurses, you will deliver person-centred care that respects each individual's dignity, preferences and choices while promoting their physical, emotional and social wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each resident's individual needs.
Support residents with personal care, daily living activities and mobility while encouraging independence.
Assist residents to achieve rehabilitation and therapy goals in line with their care plans.
Promote residents' emotional wellbeing, personal interests and community connections.
Communicate effectively with residents, families and the wider multidisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate care records and promptly report any changes in residents' health or wellbeing.
Safeguard the health, safety and welfare of all residents.
Treat every resident with dignity, kindness, compassion and respect.
