Job Overview
TGB Holdings Ltd are a family owned business that supply Autolocksmith Services.We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Customer Service to join our small Team . The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop communication skills and gain experience in a dynamic, client-focused environment. The position is paid and suitable for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers with their needs.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while maintaining detailed records.
Resolve customer complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving techniques.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and policies to deliver accurate advice.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Experience

Previous experience in sales and customer service or a related role is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
A friendly demeanour and professional appearance are essential for representing the company positively.
