Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. We are offering a 25 hour a week contract. As a crucial part of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our patrons while maintaining a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, ensuring cleanliness, and contributing to the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to their needs.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Effective time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing cash.
Previous bartending experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
Understanding of food safety practices is preferred.
Experience in a restaurant or bar setting is beneficial.
