Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Part-time Bartender/Waiting Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position offers flexible hours suitable for those looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry while balancing other commitments.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service.
Serve food and drinks to guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas throughout shifts.
Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations at all times.
Handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems confidently.
Assist in setting up tables, clearing dishes, and resetting areas for new guests.
Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment, enhancing their overall experience.
Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively during busy periods.

Qualifications

Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities.
Good communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour.
Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer service within a lively hospitality environment, seeking part-time employment with flexible hours suitable for students or those balancing other commitments.

Pay: £12.71-£15.05 per hour
