Operations & Property Manager (Part-Time – 3 Days Per Week)

Location: Sheffield (Office & Property Visits)

Hours: 3 days per week (24 hours)

Salary: £18,000–£22,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We currently manage over 50 properties across Sheffield, Derby, Doncaster, Barnsley and the surrounding areas, with ambitious plans to grow significantly over the next few years.

This isn't a corporate role where you'll be another number. You'll work directly alongside the Managing Director, helping shape the future of the business while taking ownership of the day-to-day operation.

About the Role

This role sits at the centre of our business.

You'll be responsible for keeping our operation running smoothly, ensuring our guests receive an outstanding experience, our properties remain in excellent condition and our team has everything they need to succeed.

You'll manage our virtual assistants, coordinate contractors and cleaners, help improve our systems and processes, and become the go-to person for operational decisions.

No two days are ever the same which is exactly what makes this role exciting.

Your Responsibilities
Team Leadership

Manage our team of Virtual Assistants
Support and coach the team
Monitor workloads and priorities
Ensure shift handovers are completed properly
Help build a positive, supportive culture

Daily Operations

Oversee the day-to-day running of the portfolio
Ensure guests receive excellent service
Coordinate cleaning schedules
Arrange maintenance and contractor visits
Resolve operational issues quickly
Keep everything running efficiently

Property Management

Carry out property inspections
Ensure our accommodation meets company standards
Monitor stock and consumables
Identify maintenance before it becomes a bigger issue
Help continually improve our properties

Organisation & Systems

Keep our internal dashboard updated
Track outstanding tasks
Ensure our property information is accurate
Suggest better ways of working
Help improve systems as the business grows

Experience in hospitality, serviced accommodation or property management would be beneficial, but attitude, organisation and willingness to learn are just as important.
