Full job description

Berkeley Stainless Fittings Ltd is a fast-expanding international business – come and join our dynamic team based in Bristol.

We are looking for an organised, proactive customer-focused Project Administrator to help manage our key ‘blue chip’ customer accounts. This is a varied role and you will work on projects from order through to delivery ensuring clear communication to internal teams and customers.

This is a new and exciting role which will be based in our Bristol office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day administrative support across various projects.

- Raise and manage Purchase Orders

- Liaise with suppliers to ensure best price and lead times.

- Act as a key point of contact both internally and for key customers.

- Co-ordinate the dispatch and shipping of completed orders.

- Oversee the receipt of goods for main projects.

- Track orders, shipments and project deadlines and maintain accurate documentation.

- Co-ordinate between purchasing, warehouse, production workshops, sales, customers and shipping to ensure project run smoothly and to schedule.

- Monitor project progress and deadlines.

- Help ensure a high level of customer service is maintained throughout each project.

- Help identify opportunities for improvements.

Key Skills and Experience:

- Highly organised.

- Strong organisational skills – comfortable managing numerous priorities and deadlines.

- Excellent communication and customer liaison skills.

- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

- Customer-focused with a positive approach.
