Warehouse Pick/Pack Operative - Must be available immediately

Location: Chard, Sommerset

Contract: Temporary - 4 Weeks – with opportunities to extend or become permanent

Hours: 37.5

The Role

As a Warehouse Pick/Pack Operative, you’ll play a key part in our busy team – picking and packing orders accurately and quickly to keep our customers delighted. You’ll also support across other warehouse tasks such as stock replenishment, goods-in and returns when needed.

This is a great opportunity to join a supportive local team, working for a group of ethical fashion brands during an exciting period of growth.

Contract & Hours – What You Need to Know

37.5 hours
Weekdays only

About You

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking people who thrive in a fast-paced environment:

Aged 18 or over
Physically fit – able to lift up to 15kg and use step ladders safely
Comfortable working with mobile scanners and handling data entry
Target-driven, accurate, and organised
Friendly, cooperative team player
Flexible and dependable – especially around peak trading times
