Full job description

Join Our Award-Winning Care Team

We are looking for an organised, detail-focused Quality Assurance Administrator to support our growing domiciliary care service and help us maintain the highest standards of quality, compliance, and regulatory excellence.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, audits, compliance processes, and data management, and who takes pride in ensuring things are done accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

Quality Assurance & Auditing

Complete a range of quality audits using our systems and processes, including:
Medication (MAR) audits
Care planning audits
Recruitment audits
Staff quality audits
In-home quality audits
Infection control audits
Governance audits
Random GPS compliance audits
Present audit findings to management and support the development of action plans.
Conduct weekly compliance checks for new service users.

Medication Monitoring

Produce and review weekly medication monitoring reports.
Investigate discrepancies and support medication governance processes.
Escalate concerns requiring further training, supervision, or performance management.

Systems & Compliance Administration

Maintain audit trackers, spreadsheets, and compliance records.
Set up new staff on quality management systems.
Monitor completion of mandatory policies and procedures.
Issue reminders and follow up on outstanding compliance requirements.

Operational Support

Monitor hospital admissions and discharges.
Update records and communicate relevant information to operational teams.
Provide documentation to local authorities and healthcare professionals when required.

General Administration

Answer telephone calls professionally and accurately record messages.
Support management with reporting and inspection preparation.
Maintain organised and inspection-ready records.

What We're Looking For

· Previous experience in an administrative, compliance, quality assurance, or governance role

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies

· Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills

· Experience using digital systems and databases

· Excellent organisational and time-management skills

· Professional and confident communication skills

· Ability to work independently and use initiative

· Experience within health care, social care, compliance, or regulated environments would be advantageous
