Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to support sales initiatives while delivering outstanding service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a friendly environment where patient satisfaction and effective sales support are paramount.

Duties

Engage with patients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively.
Support the sales team by promoting available dental treatments and explaining options clearly to prospective clients.
Assist in managing appointments, patient records, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Develop rapport with patients through excellent customer service, fostering trust and loyalty.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and treatment plans.
Maintain organized records of patient interactions, sales activities, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Utilize IT systems efficiently for scheduling, data entry, and communication purposes.

Skills

Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate treatment benefits and address patient concerns.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
Clear and confident communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar software for administrative tasks.
