Join Ripple Electrical

Ripple Electrical is a NICEIC registered electrical contractor delivering compliance-focused electrical services for property professionals across the South East of England.

We work closely with housing associations, landlords, letting agents and building developers, specialising in high-volume EICRs and remedial works. Due to continued growth and increasing demand, we are expanding our office team and are looking for a highly organised Administrator to join us at our beautiful countryside office in West Kingsdown.

This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent organisation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of work efficiently.

The Role

As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business and ensuring jobs progress smoothly from booking through to completion.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing a high volume of property bookings and appointments
Liaising with tenants, landlords, housing providers and engineers
Tracking and monitoring property/job progress from start to completion
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Producing and writing job completion reports
Managing and organising electrical certification and compliance documentation
Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
Ensuring all paperwork and reports are completed accurately and on time

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous administration experience (essential)
Be highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Have excellent communication and customer service skills
Be confident using Microsoft Excel and other computer systems
Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Be proactive and capable of working independently as well as within a team
Due to the location you must be able to drive

Experience within property, scheduling, compliance or construction sectors would be advantageous but not essential.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
8:00am–4:30pm
Office-based role in West Kingsdown, Kent
