Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeping Assistant and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and hygienic environment for our guests and staff. This energetic position offers the opportunity to contribute to a positive atmosphere through diligent cleaning and attention to detail. Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
Ensure all surfaces, floors, bathrooms, and common areas meet cleanliness standards by following established procedures
Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for guests and staff
Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and safety compliance
Follow health and safety regulations consistently to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others
Maintain detailed records of cleaning tasks completed during each shift to ensure accountability and quality control
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management

Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety protocols
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality standards
Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Strong communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues accurately
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities or additional duties as needed
