Job Summary

We are seeking an organized Office Administrator to join our team!

In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your proactive approach, A positive attitude will help foster a productive work environment.

This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while supporting our team’s success.

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations, including filing, mailing, and supply inventory
Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain accurate data entry records using various software tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars for team members
Assist with invoicing, bookkeeping.
Support clerical tasks such as organizing documents

Skills

Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
Accurate typing skills with high attention to detail for data entry tasks
Previous clerical experience is highly desirable
Knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software is a plus
Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and software platforms
