Full job description

'Babs is part of an award winning, local and independently owned restaurant group with restaurants in Glasgow and Edinburgh.

We are looking to immediately hire a GENERAL MANAGER with suitable experience in very busy restaurant environments for-

'Babs 49 West Nile Street, Glasgow G1 2PT

Competitive rate of pay on offer, plus tips, service charge (TIP JAR) and free staff meals.

We are looking for highly driven individuals with exceptional customer service and people management skills to apply.

Roles and responsibilities include-

Opening and closing procedures including cash up
Hands on shift and labour management (rota ready)
Stock ordering/ processing and control (Procure wizard)
Training and development of FOH staff and management team
Management of FOH and kitchen teams
Key holder responsibilities
Working approximately 40-45 hours a week, over 5 days
Rotas, sales forecasts and weekly reporting

Opportunity to work with, and lead a great team, and build a career within the BMB Group.

Starting rate of pay, £15 per hour to be discussed at interview, plus approximately £6 per hour in tips and service charge, paid fortnightly.
