Receptionist – Permanent

As a Receptionist, you will be at the heart of our St Albans Head Office, providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors, clients and colleagues. What you’ll do
Being a Receptionist is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll be:

Provide a professional, friendly and welcoming experience for all visitors, clients and colleagues.
Manage visitor access and issue security passes in line with site procedures.
Support the booking and coordination of meeting rooms and event coordination.
Raise and receipt purchase orders for workplace services, supplies and office requirements.
Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail accurately and efficiently.
Monitor stationery stock levels and place orders to ensure supplies are maintained.
Carry out monthly checks of first aid boxes and maintain accurate inspection records.

Who you are

It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:

Previous customer service or reception experience is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with colleagues, visitors and stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
A proactive, reliable and friendly individual committed to delivering excellent service and supporting a positive workplace experience.
