Residential Lettings Portfolio Manager - Sleaford, Lincs - £30,084 p.a. to £30,804 p.a. - Pool Car available

Following the continued success of our prestigious Sleaford office, we are looking to recruit an additional professional Portfolio Manager who will be based at our offices on Northgate in Sleaford.

Belvoir Sleaford is part of a national network of 160 offices, all focused on delivering the very best property letting and management service to landlords nationwide.

The role of Portfolio Manager involves day to day management of one half of our residential property portfolio, working along side another Portfolio Manager in building stronger and closer relationships with a smaller number of landlords and tenants, including duties such as

Handling prospective tenant applications and arranging viewings
Processing referencing using our Vision Platform
Arrangement, monitoring and final processing of all property maintenance issues identified through by either tenants reporting them or identified through routine or final property inspections.
Dealing with tenants and landlords both face to face, email and by telephone.
Organising and scheduling gas, oil and electric safety checks.
Scheduling regular and final property inspections and completing these on an IPAD.
Some account administration.
Issues of legal documentation.

The ideal candidate will be focused on delivering the very best customer service to our landlords, will be IT literate, well organised, demonstrate attention to detail and be willing to work within a team of like minded individuals.

Training on our CRM software and integrated systems will be provided and will be very much ongoing after initial induction.

Predominantly an office based position the working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm and one Saturday in four 09.00am to 1:00pm.

Ideally 1-2 year’s experience in similar position preferred.

Salary from £30,084 p/a with performance related commission on top.
