Overview
Security Trade Products (Epping) Ltd distribute access control security alongside CCTV, fire and intruder products, selling to trade installers and other large security re sellers.

Based at the trade counter and warehouse facilities in Epping, STP are looking to expand its customer service and sales function by recruiting a Branch Co-ordinator.

We are seeking a highly organised and communicative Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing various administrative and customer service tasks, ensuring smooth operations across all departments. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to support organisational success.

Duties

Manage data entry processes accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records, for both sales and purchase orders.
Take ownership of customer communications whether via email, telephone or in person and see through to completion.
See through the complete order process, sourcing goods as necessary to fulfil sales orders, ensuring stock inventory is maintained, and including the picking, packing and dispatch of goods.
Provide exceptional phone etiquette when liaising with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Assist with upselling products or services during customer interactions to maximise business growth.
Coordinate schedules, booking appointments and meetings for the sales team to meet with both existing and prospective customers.
Deal with customer requests for POD's, managing the goods return process as required.
Foster positive relationships through clear communication and professional conduct.

Requirements

Proven experience in data entry, communication roles, or administrative support is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on phone etiquette and customer service.
Ability to upsell products or services confidently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in relevant software applications such as MS Office Suite.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A self-motivated individual who is reliable, approachable, possessing an open and friendly personality and who will enjoy a fun and dynamic work environment
Previous market experience or product knowledge would be advantageous but not essential, as full training will be given to the right person.
