Full job description

Job Purpose

Contributing to and delivering excellent customer service across Ayrshire360, the Lifestyle Assistant: Swimming Instructor will deliver the highest quality aquatics programmes, activities & services across our swimming pools. Working within a performance management and continuous improvement framework the postholder will strive to exceed the expectations of the Ayrshire360 Strategy and Delivery Plan. Please see the attached Job Specification which outlines all responsibilities and duties for this post. Rate of Pay

Rate of Pay £15.35 - £16.07 per hour This is an annualised hours post with hours being Wednesday 9.15am - 11.45am & Thursday 9.15am - 1.45pm (7 hours per week) worked during the school term over 40 weeks, averaging 5.38hrs payment per week. Public Holiday payments and paid Annual Leave are applicable.

We follow the national guidance in relation to pre-employment checks namely “Safer Recruitment Through Better Recruitment”. Please note:- PVG members' records are constantly updated with any new vetting information that arises.
