Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, managing digital campaigns, and overseeing content creation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise a broad skill set in management, digital marketing, and analytics to enhance our market presence. Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms including SEO optimisation, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media channels.
Oversee content creation and copywriting for various marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand voice.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project management and timely delivery of campaigns.
Analyse market trends and campaign performance data to inform future strategies and optimise ROI.
Manage email marketing campaigns, B2B marketing initiatives, and client outreach programmes.
Maintain and update the organisation’s website using WordPress; optimise content for SEO purposes.
Design visual content using Adobe Photoshop to support promotional activities.
Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to communicate campaign results to stakeholders.
Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance on best practices in social media management, IT utilisation, and organisational skills.
Foster strong relationships with external partners and clients through effective communication and strategic engagement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in management within a marketing environment, with demonstrable leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management, email marketing, and B2B marketing strategies.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and IT systems relevant to digital marketing.
Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
Exceptional copywriting skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Effective communication skills in English; capable of engaging diverse audiences clearly and persuasively.
Experience in project management tools and techniques; strong leadership qualities to motivate teams. This role is ideal for a proactive individual eager to make a significant impact within a vibrant organisation by leveraging their comprehensive marketing expertise.
