Full job description

Sloane Square Hotel is a 4* Hotel in one of the chicest postcodes in London. Right in the heart of Chelsea with 100 elegant bedrooms, Lounge, and Nightclub, Sloane Square hotel is a vibrant and exciting place to work. We are continuing to grow our team and actively looking for people who want to be part of our exciting journey and make a difference to our business.

Position: Lounge Associate

Responsibilities

Welcome guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lounge and kitchen areas at all times.
Replenish food, beverages, and other supplies as required.
Maintain effective communication and collaborate positively with colleagues and other departments.
Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
Ensure excellent guest service and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Requirements

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is desirable.
Good knowledge of preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
A positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
