Job Summary
We are a well-established screen-printing business seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Goods In / Production Support Assistant to join our production team.

This is an entry-level, full-time position offering the opportunity to develop skills and progress within the business. The successful candidate will support the assembly and production processes, ensuring smooth operations within the warehouse environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills in a dynamic setting, contributing to the efficient creation of our products. The position is paid and suitable for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in production activities.

Responsibilities

Receiving, checking, and booking in incoming goods and deliveries
Accurately counting, sorting, and preparing orders for production
Using computers and handheld devices to record stock and track orders
Communicating with suppliers and internal teams via email regarding orders and deliveries
Ensuring goods are correctly stored and labelled
Supporting the production team with general goods-in and order preparation duties
Maintaining accurate records and a clean, organised work environment

Skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using computers, email, and handheld devices
Organised, reliable, and able to manage tasks efficiently
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or printing environment is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
