Receptionist / Patient Care Administrator

Join Our Friendly Private Dental Practice in Sandhurst!

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you enjoy helping people and thrive in a busy, supportive environment? If so, we'd love to hear from you.We are an established private dental practice in Sandhurst, Berkshire, looking for a warm, organised and professional Receptionist / Patient Care Administrator to become a valued member of our friendly team.Our practice is dedicated to providing outstanding patient care in a welcoming and modern environment. We offer a comprehensive range of treatments including dental implants, orthodontics, Invisalign, CEREC same-day restorations, facial aesthetics and general private dentistry. You'll be joining a close-knit team that genuinely supports one another and takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Hours

This is a Part Time OR Full-Time position, working:

Monday 7:45am-5:00pm
Tuesday 7:45am-5:00pm
Wednesday 11:00am-8:00pm
Thursday 11:00am-8:00pm
Friday 7:45am-5:00pm
Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm (one per month)

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and reassuring experience from the moment they contact or visit the practice. Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming patients and visitors with a friendly and professional approach.
Managing patient appointments and supporting the diaries of our clinicians.
Answering telephone calls, responding to emails and managing voicemail enquiries.
Maintaining accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Assisting patients with enquiries about treatments, payment options and finance plans.
Supporting both our private patients and externally referred patients.
Working closely with the clinical team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
Developing a good understanding of the wide range of treatments we provide.

About You

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential. Experience within a dental practice is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
