Full job description

Once fully trained working in the evening. 12.00 pm - 20.00pm.

Main Task: Warehouse

Overseeing incoming German shipments, scan all German shipments in to SAP, scan chase list orders and highlight, CSA, stock take, lens orders, liaise with customer service, weekly incoming deliveries from Germany.

Duties: Warehouse

· Day to day inbound shipments for RUK & Germany.

· Pick and dispatch advertising goods

· Monitoring and traying up all shipments.

· Liaise with customer service on customer urgent orders.

· Check all shipments and paperwork and correct.

· All shipments placed in pigeon holes in CSA (blue bags & frame to follows & red bags)

· Check recycles jobs.

· Communicating with team and order entry relevant departments.

· Send frame to follow letters to customers daily.

· Update daily glazing store.

· Pick finished stock lens.

· Chase list updated and monitored.

Skills requires warehouse

· Time management ability

· IT skills

· Good teamworking

· Verbal and written communication skills

· Numerical skills

Pay: £12.71 per hour
