With offices in 30+ countries and a growing international presence, Dalux is expanding fast, and we are now looking for a Business Development Reprentative to join us in our Glasgow office. As our new colleague, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our UK market presence. This is your chance to make a significant impact, contribute to results, and grow your sales skills within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Your main tasks will be

Generating and qualifying leads through research, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Scheduling meetings and supporting the sales pipeline.

Managing inbound leads and ensuring smooth follow-ups.

Participating in industry events, trade shows, and webinars.

Helping to coordinate and lead activities for potential and existing customers.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual who thrives in a high-energy environment. You will be a great fit if you have an interest in digitalization within the construction industry, work in a structured and proactive manner, and communicate confidently and professionally with customers. We imagine that you enjoy building relationships and initiating conversations while maintaining a strong customer-focused mindset. Knowledge of BIM, SaaS, or construction processes is a plus. Fluency in English is required.
