Job description

Clerical Assistant

An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and adaptable individual to provide effective, efficient, responsive, and high-quality administrative assistance to the Business Support team within Adult Social Care.

Working for a busy, demanding team you will be required to perform well under pressure, be well organised and used to using computerised databases. You will be expected to be I.T. literate, demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm and have good interpersonal and communication skills.

You will be required to assist with the recording and production of accurate, timely, management information and the upkeep of relevant databases.

Due to the nature of work being undertaken, you must be able to ensure confidentiality at all times.

Due to current working arrangement the majority of the duties will be undertaken remotely at home, however you will be expected to attend an office base at least twice per week.
