Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Brewery Production Manager to lead our brewing operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire production process, ensuring high-quality craft beverages are produced efficiently, safely, and in alignment with our brand standards. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize supply chain workflows, and uphold rigorous quality control standards. Responsibilities

Manage daily brewery production activities, coordinating brewing schedules and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
Oversee supply chain operations related to raw materials procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination using ERP systems such as SAP.
Maintain strict quality control standards by monitoring production parameters, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure mechanical systems and equipment are operating optimally; oversee assembly and repair of brewing machinery.
Drive continuous improvement projects across production lines by utilizing data-driven insights and fostering a culture of innovation.
Ensure documentation accuracy for all production records, batch tracking, and compliance reports in accordance with industry standards.

Requirements

Proven experience managing brewery or manufacturing production processes with a focus on process improvement and quality assurance.
Strong mechanical knowledge related to brewing equipment, assembly processes, and maintenance procedures.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as BREWW or similar platforms for supply chain management and inventory control.
Solid understanding of supply chain logistics, procurement strategies, and inventory optimization.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a safety-first environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills with an active approach to troubleshooting mechanical or process issues promptly.
Knowledge of quality control protocols specific to beverage manufacturing is highly desirable.
