Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess a knowledge of wines & cocktails , demonstrating proficiency in serving beverages and managing customer interactions with flair and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, ensuring quality and presentation meet our high standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and utensils, to comply with food safety regulations.
Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing recommendations based on their preferences.
Handle cash transactions and manage tabs using basic math skills to ensure accuracy in billing.
Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, communicating needs to management for timely replenishment.
Uphold a friendly atmosphere by interacting positively with patrons, fostering repeat business through excellent service.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with local laws regarding alcohol service.

Experience

Previous experience in a bartending or similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Cocktail experience knowledge is essential.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining high service standards.
A passion for hospitality, with the ability to create memorable experiences for guests through attentive service.
