Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing front-desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth communication within the organisation. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, contributing to a welcoming environment and efficient office workflow. Prior office experience and strong computer skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

Greeting visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Managing incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette and directing them appropriately
Handling correspondence, emails, and enquiries efficiently
Organising appointments, meetings, and maintaining schedules
Performing data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Maintaining accurate records through filing systems and administrative databases
Assisting with general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Supporting team members with administrative tasks as required to ensure operational efficiency

Requirements

Proven office experience or administrative background
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, scheduling, and record keeping
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Organised, reliable, and attentive to detail
