About Us

Go Off-Road is one of the UK's leading off-road powersports retailers, supplying electric dirt bikes, pit bikes, ATV's parts and accessories to customers across the UK.

We're looking for a highly organised individual who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is at the heart of our operation and is ideal for someone who loves solving problems and helping customers.

You will be office based working in our brand new showroom based in the new Marrtree Business park, Thomas Maddison Lane, WF4 3GN.

The Role

This is a varied position covering customer service, aftersales support, order processing and day-to-day operational administration.

You'll be responsible for helping customers with enquiries, resolving issues, arranging deliveries, processing orders and ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience from purchase through to aftersales support.

Key Responsibilities

Handling inbound customer calls and emails
Managing aftersales enquiries and resolving customer issues
Processing customer orders over the phone
Coordinating deliveries and collections
Liaising with couriers, suppliers and manufacturers
Updating customers on orders and delivery progress
Raising replacement part orders and warranty requests
Maintaining accurate customer records and notes
Supporting the sales and warehouse teams where required
Assisting with general business administration

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Good computer skills and attention to detail
Problem-solving mindset
Experience in customer service, administration or aftersales preferred
Ability to take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution
