Bright Outcomes is a rapidly growing, specialist alternative education provider supporting children and young people who are unable to access mainstream education, often because of SEND, mental health needs or other complex circumstances. About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, proactive and highly organised HR Officer to take ownership of the day-to-day HR function across EduAurora Group. This is not simply an HR administration role. You will work closely with our Group Business Manager and senior leaders, taking responsibility for HR compliance, recruitment and onboarding, employee records, contracts, HR systems and processes, while helping us develop the workforce infrastructure needed to support a rapidly growing organisation.

We are looking for someone with at least three years' substantive generalist HR experience who is confident working independently and using their own professional judgement. You will be exceptionally organised, accurate and detail-focused, but also proactive and solution-focused. We want someone who notices when something needs attention, investigates when something doesn't look right, and brings solutions rather than waiting to be given a task list. You will need excellent communication skills, sound knowledge of UK HR practice and the confidence to advise managers, identify risks and know when something needs to be checked or escalated.

This role would particularly suit someone who enjoys building and improving HR systems, rather than simply operating within established ones, and who is excited by the opportunity to help shape the people function of an ambitious, values-led organisation as it grows.
