We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join the talented culinary team at Brig o' Doon House Hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a prestigious kitchen, working alongside experienced chefs at one of Scotland's most exquisite destinations, home to the Tales restaurant and renowned for its stunning weddings, events, and exceptional guest service.

Join the award-winning RAD Hotel Group at Brig o’ Doon House Hotel, a renowned destination for weddings, events, and hospitality. Enjoy breathtaking views of the River Doon, Burns Monument, and the iconic Brig o’ Doon itself, the dramatic setting for the climax of Robert Burns' famous poem, Tam o’ Shanter.

What You'll Be Doing:

Support the kitchen team with food preparation and daily service.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Learn and develop your culinary skills under the guidance of experienced chefs.
Assist with stock rotation, kitchen organisation, and cleaning duties.
Work collaboratively to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a professional kitchen, such as a Kitchen Porter or Commis Chef role, is desirable but not essential.
A genuine passion for food and hospitality.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
