Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Duty Manager to lead and oversee daily operations within our hospitality environment. This pivotal role involves ensuring exceptional guest experiences, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of service and safety. As a Duty Manager, you will be the go-to leader on shift, inspiring your team to deliver memorable moments for every guest while managing operational challenges with confidence and professionalism. Duties

Lead daily operational activities, ensuring smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction throughout your shift
Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance, training, and support to uphold service excellence
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally to foster positive experiences
Oversee health, safety, and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike
Coordinate with departments such as human resources and housekeeping to optimize operational efficiency
Monitor financial transactions, cash handling, and inventory levels to maintain accuracy and accountability
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to uphold cleanliness, safety standards, and overall presentation

Requirements

Proven supervising or leadership experience within the hospitality or hotel industry
Strong knowledge of guest services principles and hospitality operations
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members
Previous experience in human resources functions such as staff scheduling or training is advantageous
Excellent communication skills combined with a positive attitude and proactive approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
