As a Reservations Agent at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests — helping them plan their stay with precision, warmth and a deep understanding of our hotel’s offerings. With a focus on personalised service and attention to detail, you’ll ensure every booking reflects Nobu’s crafted approach to hospitality.

You will

Assist guests with reservations and booking enquiries
Provide attentive, genuine and friendly service that reflects Nobu standards
Understand all room types, availability and hotel services
Promote hotel facilities and upsell where appropriate
Use OPERA proficiently to manage guest bookings and preferences
Anticipate guest needs and offer personalised experiences and services
Strive for excellent guest reviews and satisfaction
Build relationships with repeat guests and recognise returning visitors
Support and train new team members, fostering a collaborative environment
Attend team briefings and contribute ideas for service improvement
Liaise effectively with all departments, especially Food Beverage and Culinary
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory standards
Act as an ambassador for Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro
Demonstrate a proactive, positive approach to work and guest care
Suggest improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency and guest experience
Perform any other duties as required
