Full job description

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Duty Manager to support the day-to-day running of our business. As Duty Manager, you will lead by example, supervise the team during shifts, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high operational standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the team during shifts to deliver outstanding customer service.
Support the management team with the daily operation of the business.
Ensure the business is clean, safe, and presented to a high standard at all times.
Supervise, coach, and support team members to achieve their best performance.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Assist with stock control, ordering, and cash handling procedures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety, company policies, and operational procedures.
Help achieve sales targets and maintain excellent service standards.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous supervisory or management experience in a customer-focused environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
A positive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
