Part-Time Receptionist – Private Medical Clinic (Chelsea, London)

Job start : 1st July 2026

Immediate Start | Minimum 18 Hours per Week | Weekend work involved

We are a well-established, high-end private medical clinic based in Chelsea, offering a range of clinical and wellness services. We are seeking a professional, highly organised, and personable Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis.

This is a client-facing role at the front line of the clinic, requiring someone who can deliver an exceptional patient experience while maintaining outstanding administrative standards.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
Managing appointments, bookings, and clinic schedules
Handling phone, email, and in-person enquiries efficiently
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Supporting day-to-day clinic operations and administrative tasks
Coordinating with clinicians and team members to ensure smooth patient flow

Essential Requirements

Proven experience in a reception or front-of-house role (ideally within healthcare, wellness, or a premium service environment)
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Strong computer literacy (booking systems, email, general IT use)
Professional appearance and communication style
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Calm, efficient, and solution-focused under pressure

Desirable (But Not Essential) Skills

We particularly welcome candidates who can bring additional value, such as:

Business development or sales experience
Digital marketing or social media skills
Website or IT support (e.g. WordPress, basic troubleshooting)
Experience with private healthcare or patient management systems

Working Hours

Minimum 18 hours per week
Includes weekend work on a rotational basis
Flexibility required to meet clinic needs
