Full job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, including coffees, teas, and speciality beverages

⁠ ⁠Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere

⁠ ⁠Taking customer orders and handling payments accurately

⁠ ⁠Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the café/work area

⁠ ⁠Restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels

⁠ ⁠Operating coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently

⁠ ⁠Assisting with opening and closing duties

⁠ ⁠Working as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

⁠ ⁠Previous barista or hospitality experience preferred but not essential

⁠ ⁠Friendly, professional, and well-presented

⁠ ⁠Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

⁠ ⁠Good communication and teamwork skills

⁠ ⁠Flexible availability, including weekends

⁠ ⁠A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Experience:

Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
customer service: 1 year (preferred)
