Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring the effective utilisation of our products and services. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a strong understanding of IT systems, cloud platforms and customer experience (CX). This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering innovative solutions and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Build a strong network of contacts
Analyse customer communication and engagement workflows to identify risk, friction, and inefficiency
Progress conversations from interest to actionable implementation
Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations of technical solutions to prospects, clients and internal teams
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored technical advice
Map customer journeys end‑to‑end and highlight opportunities for improvement and automation.
Translate business needs into clear solution requirements and recommendations
Assist in resolving technical issues related to cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation using Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that meet client requirements
Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry best practices

Skills

Solid understanding of customer experience and customer communication processes
Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly
Strong grasp of data, segmentation, and personalisation for customer communications
Awareness of best practice security and privacy measures to protect sensitive data in client communications
Excellent customer service capabilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
Working knowledge of AI and business process automation, and how they can be applied in real business workflows.
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
