Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Executive to join our vibrant human resources team. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent across various departments. Your energetic approach and excellent relationship management skills will help us build a strong employer brand and foster positive candidate experiences. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your HR expertise while contributing to our company's growth and success.

Duties

Lead candidate sourcing efforts through innovative lead generation strategies, including social media management and online job portals.
Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS platforms to streamline recruitment workflows.
Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates aligned with job requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules, communicate effectively with candidates, and facilitate smooth interview processes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment insights.
Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools for relationship management and candidate engagement initiatives.
Monitor recruitment metrics, prepare reports, and continuously improve sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets.

Skills

Proven experience in lead generation techniques for talent acquisition across multiple channels.
Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate effectively with team members.
Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Knowledge of social media management tools for employer branding and candidate outreach campaigns.
Familiarity with salesforce or CRM platforms for maintaining candidate pipelines and tracking interactions.
Understanding of human resources principles and best practices in recruitment processes.
