Working Hours: Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm with an hour for lunch.

Responsibilities to include:

Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
Process monthly supplier account statement reconciliations
Liaise with all offices and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of function
Process staff expenses accurately and efficiently
Assist in the processing of weekly payment runs
Manage all urgent payment requests
Ensure all new supplier checks are carried out and documented inline with internal control procedures
Ensure that all AP queries from suppliers and employees are answered promptly
Action all daily system approval and rejections
Assist in month end procedures
Other ad hoc duties as required

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Experience in a similar role
Confident, enthusiastic and flexible attitude
Attention to detail
Self starter with the ability to work under their own initiative
Strong communication skills are essential in order to deal with demanding suppliers and employees
Team player
Good knowledge of VAT
Good working knowledge of Excel
