Administration Assistant

Casa Environmental Services Ltd is looking for a motivated, well-organised Administration & Bookings Assistant to join our Bristol office. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to become part of a professional, supportive, and growing team.

In this role, you will provide dedicated administrative & booking support to the Bristol Branch Manager and Contract Coordinators, playing a key part in the smooth day-to-day operation of our asbestos surveying and analytical services.

The Role

As an Administration Assistant, you will work closely with the Branch Manager and Contract Coordinators, providing essential administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient running of the office. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Branch Manager and Contract Coordinators
Coordinating and internally booking appointments for surveyors
Assisting with the preparation and production of survey reports and related documentation using specialist software
Handling incoming telephone calls and accurately relaying messages
Issuing and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner
Carrying out general office duties, including filing, record keeping, and maintaining an organised and professional office environment
Working independently while also contributing effectively as part of the wider operational team

Essential Requirements

Strong IT skills with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
A high level of attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy

Excellent Customer Service and call handling skills

Desirable Requirements

Experience within the asbestos or construction industry
Experience using The Electronic Asbestos Management System (TEAMS)
NVQ in Business Administration or equivalent
