Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Bricklayer to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of construction and maintenance tasks that require precision, technical expertise, and a proactive approach. Your hands-on involvement will help ensure the successful completion of projects, from initial planning to final touches. Responsibilities

Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to cut, shape, and assemble building materials with accuracy and safety.
Perform masonry tasks such as bricklaying, stone setting, and concrete work to construct or repair structures.
Execute carpentry duties including framing, installing fixtures, and finishing surfaces to meet project specifications.
Assist with roofing installation, repairs, or maintenance ensuring durability and weather resistance.
Follow blueprints and technical drawings to guide construction activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Conduct inspections of work sites for quality control, safety hazards, and adherence to project timelines.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in masonry, carpentry, roofing, or related construction fields.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction machinery.
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in construction.
Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics accurately.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Physical stamina to perform demanding manual tasks in various weather conditions.
Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment.
