Overview

Due to high demand and our business growing, We are seeking an energetic and friendly Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team! This dynamic role offers the opportunity to craft exceptional coffee, serve delicious food, and provide outstanding customer service in a lively environment. If you thrive on creating positive experiences for customers and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, this position is perfect for you.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care, ensuring each cup meets quality standards.
Assist customers by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and providing friendly, efficient service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including counters, equipment, and dining areas.
Manage cash register transactions accurately using basic math skills and ensure proper handling of payments.
Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards and ensure customer safety.
Support team members with general duties as needed, including restocking supplies and assisting with daily operations.

Experience

Previous barista experience or serving experience is highly desirable.
Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe environment for staff and customers.
Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently while adhering to quality standards.
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly without compromising service quality.
Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash or card payments.
Excellent communication skills to engage positively with customers and team members.

Previous café or hospitality experience is highly essential.
